Yoga Improves Quality of Life for Cancer Survivors
Cancer survivors who perform gentle yoga report they sleep better, feel less fatigued, and enjoy better quality of life, according to a Medical Center study. Read coverage in USA Today, Bloomberg Business Week, and The New York Times.

James Woods Jr., a professor of obstetrics and gynecology, received the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Award for Outstanding District Service.

Summer Hours Begin Today in Bursar’s Office
Summer hours begin today in the Bursar’s Office. The office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the exception of Wednesday, when the office will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Walkers Wanted for Puerto Rican Parade
The Latino Professional Alliance will walk in the Puerto Rican Parade in downtown Rochester at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 31. If you are interested in participating or would like more information, e-mail Shannon Colon or call 758-7746 by Wednesday, June 30.
