Volunteers Sought for Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee
In the interest of improving the availability and quality of
conflict-resolution processes for students, an Alternative Dispute
Resolution Committee is forming for the 2009-10 academic year. Members
of the University community who have an expertise or passion for the
use of alternative dispute resolution and a desire to help the
undergraduate community become more involved in these programs are
invited to join. Committee members are asked to volunteer their time
for regular committee meetings and training, and to act as case
managers and facilitators of mediation and/or restorative justice
cases. For details, contact Morgan Levy, assistant dean of students for
the College, at mlevy@admin.rochester.edu or 275-4085.
