Warner School Doctoral Students Showcase Research
Warner
School doctoral students will present their research proposals during a
poster session in Dewey Hall 2-110D on Wednesday, Aug. 5. The session
runs from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. Topics include student perceptions of
higher education institutions’ use of Facebook and international
students’ first-year adjustments to higher education in the U.S. For details, e-mail Nancy Ares or call 273-5957.

Students Present Civic Projects
Students who participated this summer in the Rochester Urban
Fellowship and Rochester Youth Year, will take part in a graduation
ceremony and give presentations on their fellowship experiences at 4
p.m. today at Council Chambers at City Hall, 30 Church St.

Migraine Sufferers Needed for Study
People who suffer from migraines are needed for a new clinical trial.

the current clinical research studies at the Medical Center.
Free Outdoor Yoga Sessions
Two free outdoor yoga sessions will be offered this month. Outdoor yoga will be from noon to 1 p.m. Aug. 10 in the
Courtyard Cafe at the Medical Center. Outdoor yoga on the River Campus will be offered from noon to
1 p.m. Aug. 18 in the Campus Quad. Register at the Well-U Web site.
Tickets Available for Shaw Festival Performance
Tickets are still available for the Shaw Festival performance of The Devil's Disciple in
Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada, on Thursday, Aug. 6. Tickets are
$70 and include the show and lunch at the Queen's Landing Inn. Frank
Shuffelton, professor emeritus of English, will speak at the luncheon. Register and purchase tickets.
