River Campus Parking Notice: Meliora Weekend
Meliora Weekend events being held Friday and Saturday, Oct. 9 and 10, will have a significant impact on River Campus traffic flow and parking. Overflow parking will be available at the Laser Lab Lot (250 East River Road) with shuttle service Thursday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and Saturday 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. (School of Nursing only). Ossia On Tap: Celebrating Music, Dance, and Theater
Ossia, Eastman's new student-run music ensemble, kicks off the 2009-10 season with a free celebration of music, dance, and theater at 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, in Kilbourn Hall at the Eastman School. Well-U Offers Weigh Well
A new 10-week session of Weigh Well begins Oct. 13. Classes are held at the School of Nursing from noon to 1 p.m. The program will include one-on-one sessions with a dietitian, behavior specialist, and exercise specialist. Noon Hour Health Bites Series Continues
The Noon Hour Health Bites series continues from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13. Stephen Cook, assistant professor of pediatrics, will lead a discussion on childhood obesity.
