Student Life Award Nominations Due Monday
Nominations for this year’s University Student Life Awards will be
accepted through Monday, Jan. 25. Undergraduate students at the College
and the Eastman School are eligible. The annual awards recognize
students who have significantly and positively impacted the University and/or surrounding community through service to others,

Healthy Child Initiative Receives Grant
The Healthi Kids initiative, a partnership among Rochester’s Center for Community Health and Department of Pediatrics, the Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency, and the Children’s Health Agenda, has been awarded a $360,000 grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to improve opportunities for physical activity and access to affordable, healthy foods for children and families in Rochester and Monroe County.

Scholars. The application deadline is Thursday, Jan. 28. Rochester’s
academic pre-college courses are available to students in grades
