The mission of CREDO will be to improve research and evaluation practice in the area of educational policy. In pursuit of the mission, CREDO will:
- Seek out at an early stage, evaluate, and select educational innovations that are amenable to evaluation and ensure that the necessary evaluation framework is developed in a timely manner.
- Develop networks of researchers, funders, and policymakers/users that can establish a more evidence-based perspective on educational decision making.
- Facilitate over the long run evaluation infrastructure through development of practitioner conferences, evaluation databases, dissemination of results, and overall models of evaluation practice in education.
All interested visitors are welcome to add their names to our mailing list. From time to time, CREDO will produce an e-newsletter informing readers of new initiatives, research or completed evaluation studies of interest.
