Gail is full-time staff at the University of Rochester, Frederick Douglass Institute for African and African-American Studies providing website administration, systems and organizational support.  Gail is also a very enthusiastic member of a local not-for-profit Hope for Southern Sudan who strives to be instrumental in promoting awareness of its mission to build a school in Maiwut, Sudan.  A recent campaign, Hope for "Power of One" 2009 entailed a series of awareness building efforts based in the Rochester, NY community, surrounding suburb and educational institutions.

Gail is currently a full-time student at Empire State College, CDL double majoring in Computer Science and Cultural Studies. Research interest are in Human Rights Development in Central Africa, and Impact of Technology on Society. A recent research study examining the development of human rights and politics in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has lead to a further focus study of the impact of political development in the Democratic Republic of the Congo since 1965 on women, children and education.

Other recent projects involve Web and Systems Administration, youth ministry advocate and active member at Pentecostal Memorial Baptist Church.
