*Students intending to declare a BS in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology should meet with the Administrator for the UPBM, Marianne Arcoraci, to create an academic plan before meeting with the academic advisor for the BEB track.   VII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  
  To help you get the most out of your courses, we recommend the following sequence:
  • BIO 205 and BIO/STT 214 should be taken during the spring of sophomore or junior years
  • BIO 263 Ecology should be taken during the fall of junior year
  • Students planning to attend medical school should take two semesters of organic chemistry with lab and two semesters of physics with lab which are required by most medical schools and may be required by certain graduate programs. Consult with your faculty advisor regarding these courses
  • In addition, be sure to consult our General Degree Requirements when constructing your program.
