Susan Ware is the Artistic Director of Community Arts Connection, an arts-based day site at the Arc of Monroe County. She directs a modern dance troupe, A Moving Experience, whose dancers are dually diagnosed individuals. They travel throughout New York State, teaching and performing. Her acting ensemble, A Company of Players, is currently at work on Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. In addition, Susan is on the faculty of the Geva Theatre Center Conservatory, where she teaches Movement for Actors. She has choreographed for Geva Theatre Center productions, including House and Garden and Below the Belt. Her twenty years of experience in the field of movement teaching and therapy includes work at SUNY Brockport, and interns from SUNY Brockport, SUNY Geneseo, Nazareth College, the University of Rochester, and George Washington University, Washington, DC.
