If you would like to find out ways to live
your life in a more open and relaxed way, then this class will definitely
inspire you. This course focuses on the body from the perspective
of experiential anatomy. With simple hands-on exercises we will
explore different techniques of bodywork and develop an awareness
of body structure and function. We will discuss ways to improve
one's posture and release tension. We will also have the opportunity
to move freely through space within a non-judgmental environment.
This course is about your body, you as a human being.
