Alexander Technique Effortless Movement

The Alexander Technique is a tool through which people can cope with stress and extend their careers. This course is an introduction to the method that builds awareness by helping students to prevent or recover from injury, build strength, develop agility, and find balance-mentally and physically. The skills learned through the Alexander Technique can be applied immediately and at will.
