Original Works by Students

This semester the students in the Production Workshop course moved beyond the dance studio to explore different kinds of spaces within the Spurrier building. What does it mean to dance in a tiny space, a narrow hallway, or at an intersection of different paths? How do you generate movement in a specific environment? From which perspectives will the audience view the dance? With these questions in mind each student chose a particular site in which to investigate the art of performance.
