Awareness, Embodiment and Movement
This workshop is an introduction to experiencing your movement from a perspective of the Feldenkrais Method ® . It is common to move through our daily life without sensing what we are doing, or knowing what is happening. The class will consist of movement lessons that give an opportunity to explore and discover variations and possibilities in how you can move and experience yourself. The goal of the lessons is to develop a clearer sense of the skeleton, and easy, comfortable sequential movement.
