I am currently Senior Research Associate in the Empirical Studies of Conflict (ESOC) Project at Princeton University and a PhD-student (ABD) at the University of Rochester’s (NY) Department of Political Science.

I specialize in Comparative Political Economy, with a special interest in relationship between democratic institutions, economic development, and political violence. In particular, my dissertation examines the causes and dynamics of electoral violence.

On this site you can find my CV, research papers, teaching material, and a description of the datasets I produced.
