Opera Theatre season offers unusual masterpieces by three great
composers. We "preview" Benjamin Britten's centenary in 2013 with his The Rape of Lucretia, an ancient Roman
story with a Christian moral. In Handel's Orlando,
a fairy-tail story of Knights, gods, a shepherdess, and a magician is retold in a
parade of stunning baroque arias. Kurt Weill's powerful "American Opera" Street Scene started out on Broadway but
is now a welcome guest in Opera houses... and in Kodak Hall.Kurt Weill's Street ScenesKodak HallThursday, April 4 7:30 PMFriday, April 5 7:30 PMSaturday, April 6 7:30 PMSunday, April 7 2:00 PMTickets:
