The Systems Support Team administers the z/OS mainframe, tracking performance and maintaining system software and applications. This group also plays a role in SAN management services for the IBM Enterprise Storage System (ESS or "Shark") and a Dell/EMC Storage appliance.
Our Production Control and Support Team handle mainframe (JobTrac) and distributed system job scheduling (AutoSys) as well as various application support including the Enterprise Backup System. They also handle change management processes, serving to coordinate user acceptance, notification, and change tracking, and have coordinated the deployment of Aperture.
The Operations Team oversees the properties that house server and networking equipment, governing processes and equipment that maintain a secure facility with stable environmental conditions.. They provide console and monitoring services on various systems, including the Mainframe and Network and Server monitors. They serve as a communications hub for computing support efforts and provide a 24 x 7 presence.
