ITS supports the following University services:

• prepare, format, and publish the University's online and hard copy Faculty/Staff Directory.
  
  
• management and inclusion of University listings in the Frontier White & Yellow Pages Directories for Rochester, NY.
  
  
• prepare, format, and publish the Student online and hard copy directories.
  
  
• distribution and recycling of all telephone directories for the University.
  
  
• provide 24 hour directory information services for the University and Strong Memorial Hospital Agents.
