PMQA - Quality Assurance Services: Application Change Management

Application Change Management is the process that supports changes to an application throughout the software development lifecycle - from development to testing to quality assurance to production. For some applications, this process is automated using a software change manager tool.

The Quality Assurance Team administers and supports the use of the software change manager tool by providing training and technical support.
