Effective July 19 1999, University IT (at the time, ATS) began providing classroom technology support to classes identified by a CRN number on the River Campus as well as other curricular activities.

In addition to supporting traditional classroom audio-visual equipment needs such as slide and over-head projection, audio CD and cassette playback, and film and video screening, the Classroom Technology division of ATS provides support for the ever-increasing demands for in-class computer/multimedia projection. This service includes the support of the public computing faciliites for the College, the River Campus Libraries, and some campus departments.

Faculty wishing to request service from Classroom Technology should call x5-1438. Questions regarding the new service should be directed to Mat Felthousen, Manager of Classroom Technology at x59015 or emailed to Classroom Technology.
