Step 1: Launch your Eudora application and then click Special and select Settings as seen below:

 

 

Step 2: Scroll down on the left hand side until you see the icon SSL. Click on the icon to select it. Then you will see the right hand portion of the window below. Cick on the SSL for POP: drop-down menu and select Required (Alternate Port).

Then under the Standard Port SSL Negotiation select the radio button Older SSL Implementations.
