The annual conflict of interest disclosure process in underway. Your
department should have been notified by your Dean or Director, or will be
notified shortly. Note that the conflict of interest disclosure form has
been revised. There is now ONE disclosure form for all University of
Rochester colleges/schools, The form can be found at
http://www.rochester.edu/ORPA/Forms/ur_coi_form.pdf. Please do not use the old forms.
