For the past year, we have been diligently working to update the UR's Subagreement Manual.  It is now complete and has been added to our website.  The updated manual may be found under Regulations and Policies/UR Policies/Subcontract Management: http://www.rochester.edu/ORPA/policies/index.html.  It is also included it in the Sponsored Programs Compliance portal for administrators: http://www.rochester.edu/ORPA/resource/administrators/adminpage16.htm.

The Subagreement manual covers the UR's policies and procedures for the administration of subagreements issued to a third party.  The table of contents will allow you to access the sections pertinent and useful to you. 

In addition, a table of contents has been created for each appendix referenced in the manual.  The appendices include many forms that you may need.  The Table of Content-Appendices includes hyperlinks to each form.

Please note, we have updated the "Request to Issue a Subcontract" form: http://www.rochester.edu/ORPA/Forms/reqsub.doc.  Please use this new version effective immediately. 

We have presented three CLASP electives on managing subagreements issued to third parties based on the updated subcontract manual.  We will present an additional session in the upcoming weeks (another ORPA-L to follow).  We have also provided a summary of the major changes in both the RARA and RiverRats meetings.
