Please find attached a checklist that you may find helpful as you assemble the new electronic NIH applications.  

I had not provided this earlier because I wanted to give it a test run (I did that yesterday afternoon when I received my first Adobe B application). There do not appear to be any major issues with the checklist but please do let me know if you become aware of anything I have missed.
