Office of Research and Project AdministrationPlease see NIH Notice Number NOT-OD-11-010 which provides new procedures for the submission of annual progress reports for multi-year funded (MYF) awards where the project period and budget period are the same and are for longer than one year. These procedures are mandatory for MYF annual progress reports due on or after 12/22/2010 and supersede any previous instructions regarding the timing and submission of progress reports found in the Funding Opportunity Announcement or the terms of these awards as specified in the Notice of Grant Award. Effective 10/22/10, NIH will send an automated email notification to the PD/PI two months before the anniversary date of the award. The MYF progress report will be due on or before the anniversary date of the award and must be submitted by the Signing Official (your ORPA RA) via the NIH Commons. Please note that the eSNAP module is not used for submission of a MYF progress report. Instructions are posted at http://grants.nih.gov/grants/policy/myf.htm.
