Please see, Notice Number NOT-OD-11-008 from NIH, AHRQ and CDC regarding the need to download and use a new version of the SF424 (R&R) application package for submissions with due dates of January 25, 2011 and beyond for the following programs: 

Individual National Research Service Awards (Fs)

Individual Research Career Development Award Programs (Ks)

Institutional Training and Career Development Programs (Ts) and Other Training Grants (Ds) 

These new forms packages will resolve issues in which application forms limited the ability of applicants to supply all required information.  Please be advised that although this Notice references new Adobe B1 packages, as of this morning, the new Adobe B1 forms are not yet available on the OER website.  It is our understanding that they will be posted soon.  Please continue to monitor the OER website (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/forms.htm) for the availability of these new forms.  Thank you.
