Record Retention for Sponsored Programs Grants and Contracts

ORPA participated in the Fall with several other central administration departments in a Medical Center Administrators' Group (MCAG) presentation on record retention for sponsored programs grants and contracts. Each presenting department developed a grid based on governing laws and University policy which shows who is responsible for keeping what and for how long. This is a useful document that should be kept with the ORPA Manual or other general sponsored programs information.
