Karen Smith Bogart is President of Pacific Tributes, Inc., a start-up firm located in Santa Barbara, California, which provides large-format web-based printing services to select market segments. Before her move to Santa Barbara, Karen was a Senior Vice President of Eastman Kodak Company, serving as Chairman and President of Greater Asia, located in Shanghai, China.  She is also Co-Vice Chair of Women's Economic Ventures, a not-for-profit organization that works to build women’s economic success. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo; a M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University; and, a M.B.A. from the University of Rochester.

Hannah Riley Bowles is Associate Professor of Public Policy at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Her primary research interests are in gender in negotiation and leadership. She is interested in how gender influences the attainment of resources and opportunities for leadership. Earlier in her career, she was a research associate at the Conflict Management Group and Harvard Business School. She was a technical advisor to the Minister of Natural Resources, Energy and Mines of Costa Rica and has been a fellow at the Argentinean National Institute of Public Administration, the West German Parliament, and Oxford University's Forestry Institute. She has a D.B.A .from the Harvard Business School, an M.P.P. from the Kennedy School, and a B.A. from Smith College.

Ilene Lang is the President of Catalyst, the leading research and advisory organization working with businesses and the professions to build inclusive environments and expand opportunities for women at work. Prior to joining Catalyst, Ms. Lang broke barriers in her own career as a pioneering female high-tech executive. She was the founding CEO of AltaVista Internet Software Inc, as well as a Senior Vice President at Lotus Development Corporation, responsible for the worldwide development and marketing of a $500+ million product line.  Ilene She earned a B.A. from Radcliffe College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
