University Counseling Center (UCC)

Typical Work Week

Provision of Clinical Services
15 hours of individual and couples psychotherapy
3 hours of potential one-time appointments
3 hours of group psychotherapy
2 hours of university outreach and consultation

Provision of Supervision
2 hours providing supervision to a psychology graduate student

Receipt of Supervision and Seminars
3 hours receiving individual supervision
2 hours supervision for groups
1.5 hours Group Seminar
1 hour Brief Treatment Seminar
1 hour Supervision Seminar
1 hour Advanced Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Seminar
1 hour Case Conference

2 hour rotating seminars/meetings (DBT, psychopharm, on-call & ethics, multicultural, director of training meetings, staff meeting)
6.5 (approx.) hours for notes and chart work / or elective time
