Teaching
I have previously taught English to speakers of other languages (ESOL) in adult community education and family literacy programs, undergraduate language and writing courses, graduate-level academic writing/literacy and English pronunciation courses. At the Warner School I have been teaching the master’s courses in Theory and Practice in Teaching Foreign Language and ESOL (EDU 435 and EDU 463), the student teacher seminar, and Language and Literacy in Education (ED 409). At the doctoral level I teach ED513, Academic Writing for Educators.
