Autism Program

A program of study in autism spectrum disorders and applied behavior analysis is now being offered at the Warner School in collaboration with the Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities’ autism program. Courses started in the spring semester and are open to undergraduate and graduate students, both nonmatriculated and matriculated.

The program was created in response to a growing demand for science-based educational services for children with autism spectrum disorders in western New York, throughout New York State, and nationally. It is the only complete program of its kind in the region.

Qualified students who complete the required course sequence will meet the minimum requirements of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board for certification as an associate behavior analyst.
