NYS Registered Advanced Certificate Programs Leading to Additional Teaching Certifications
Current teachers seeking NYS teaching certification in a new specialty area or grade level, and who already have a Masters degree, may do so with the minimum number of coursework and credits by selecting one of our non-degree Advanced Certificate programs. You can learn more about what it takes to obtain an additional certification in the area of your choice by going to Programs for Teachers Seeking Additional Teaching Certification. Or, you can just look at the coursework and internships required for your chosen program by selecting from the list below.
NOTE: All the programs listed below have been registered with the New York State Education Department and lead to both Initial and Professional Certification.
Teachers interested in obtaining NYS administrative certification as School Building Leader or School District Leader should look at our Non-degree Programs in School Administration.
