Students who wish to change their Program area should obtain Procedures for Change of Program Area and read it
carefully.
Note that all requirements of the new Program area must be
fulfilled, regardless of the number of credit hours that have
already been completed in the original Program area. The student
then discusses the proposed change with the Chair of the current
Program area and with the Chair of the prospective Program
area. If both approve the change and the form has been properly
completed and signed by the student and both Chairs, then
the form is submitted to the Dean's Office.
