The Warner School Registrar's Office processes all Warner
registrations for matriculated and non-matriculated students,
responds to registration concerns, maintains student records,
verifies enrollment, and processes loan deferral paperwork.
Registration
The Warner School has its own Registration process and forms.
- Register Online
Matriculated students can register for courses using an online system. If you have trouble using this system, Report a Problem to get help.
- Download Registration Instructions

Instructions for online registration are available in PDF.
- Enrolling in Classes as a Non-Matriculated Student
Information on taking classes at the Warner School before/without applying for admission.
- UR Access Plus
Enrolled students with a valid ID and PIN can confirm registrations, check finance accounts, and view grade reports. To obtain an ID and PIN, contact the Registrar, Crys Cassano.
- NetID
Students must have a NetID to use WebCT, to complete the online Payment Agreement, and to access UR Access Plus. Note: Be sure to set a secret question and response; if you should forget your ID or password, no one in ITS Office (in person) can assist you unless you have set your security prompts. Report a Problem to get help obtaining a NetID.
- Blackboard
Most professors use Blackboard for online syllabi, assignments, and readings. Please contact Kristine Mager for help using Blackboard.
- Registration Forms
Warner School-specific forms
for those unable to use online registration.
If you are an employee of the Greece School System, please
contact the Registrar, Crys Cassano for specific
forms.
General Information from the Registrar's Office
- Prior to registering, students must meet with their advisor
to complete a Program of Study Form. If you are unable to
meet with your advisor, please contact the Registrar before the term start date.
- Be sure all registration forms are complete, including
the Financial Statement. Newly-matriculated students or
matriculated students who have changed their address or
contact information must also complete the Graduate Student
Payment Agreement.
- Include your student ID on all forms.
- Submit forms early to ensure you have a place in the class.
Remember, there are course caps and showing up to class
without registering first will not guarantee you a seat.
If someone on the waiting list needs the class more urgently
than you do, there may not be room for you in the course.
- Contact the Registrar if you
need to verify registration. Sometimes the University Registrar's
Office mails registration confirmations, but the Warner
School only sends them upon request. Note that the University’s
course schedule information is submitted prior to the finalization
of Warner’s schedule, so information listed on the
University confirmation--such as time or room assignment--may
be inaccurate. Check course
schedules for the most current information.
- Stop by Student Services for any University forms. Submit
all forms (except health forms) to Warner for processing.
- To apply for federal student loans or to defer loans,
you must be enrolled in at least six credit hours each term.
You may, however, qualify for some alternative loans if
taking less than six hours. Learn more about student
loans.
- Send loan deferral and enrollment verification requests
to the Registrar.
- If you are receiving any form of tuition assistance,
you may still be sent a bill showing you owe full tuition.
This just means the paperwork has not been processed yet.
Your next bill should reflect the correct statement; if
the error still appears on the second billing, please contact
the Registrar.
- To request a transcript, complete the Transcript Request
Form available in Forms.
