Mascot Makeover
Rocky, the new
University Yellowjacket,
made his debut during a
basketball doubleheader in
February. The formidable wasp,
whose new name was chosen
by the University community,
was introduced by President
Joel Seligman. Rocky assumed
the role formerly held
by longtime mascot URBee,
whom Seligman named “mascot
emeritus.”
