ACCESS Rochester
Building Access and Barrier Removal
The University is committed to eliminating physical, architectural,
attitudinal and programmatic barriers to participation. In recent years, many
buildings have been constructed or renovated to provide greater access for people
with disabilities. These buildings often provide accessible parking spaces, ramps,
doorways, elevators, handrails and rest rooms. Students, staff or
faculty who encounter barriers should identify these problems to the University
Disability Resources Coordinator.
