Brailled Materials and Textbooks in Electronic Format

When an alternative format for providing information for persons who are blind, visually impaired or print impaired is required, it is appropriate to ask the person in need of the accommodation which format is best suited for him or her.

Braille is often a good format for providing information that is not too lengthy. To learn about obtaining information in Braille, contact:

Barnes and Noble Bookstores are sometimes able to order Braille texts and enlarged print books. For more information, contact the manager at each bookstore location. http://www.rochester.edu/ada/bookstore.html
