Students need to log into their Blackboard Portal:

UR ePAY will send a courtesy email to your official University email account each time a new eBill is posted to the UR ePAY site. If you do not have a Blackboard account, or are not sure if you have a Blackboard account, please contact the IT Center at (585) 275-2000 (x5200). Please allow 1 -2 business days for a Blackboard account to be created.

If you forget your password, click on FORGOT PASSWORD for information on how to receive your PASSWORD.
