Committee Structure and Mission
Background
The University Compliance Committee was established in 2005 in order to provide a pro-active structure for addressing compliance and associated risk management issues at the University. The Committee membership is drawn from the following units of the University, outlined in the structure below.

Committee Mission
The mission of the University Compliance Committee is to provide leadership and ensure accountability concerning University compliance and associated risk management to the University senior administration, the Board of Trustees and the Medical Center Board.
