Reminder: The University of Rochester has no liability for expenses charged on the American Express corporate card by the employee. It is the sole responsibility of the individual corporate card holder to pay all charges made on the card when due. The University will not reimburse late fees assessed as a result of late payment by the corporate card holder.
American Express Billing Changes
Dear Cardmember,
American Express is changing your method of statement delivery from paper to online. Starting August 4th you will no longer receive paper statements for the American Express® Corporate Card.
To receive your statements electronically, you must enroll in Manage Your Card Account (MYCA), the secure online account management tool from American Express before August. Failure to do so may result in you missing an electronic statement delivery and becoming delinquent in payment.
How to Enroll
Have your Corporate Card available for reference. Go to americanexpress.com/register and click Continue to begin registration.
Once enrolled, each month you will automatically receive an e-mail notification with a link to your newest statement.
How to View Your Online Statement
Viewing your current and past statements is easy with the MYCA site.
If you have questions reference the Online Statements FAQ attached to this e-mail. If you have any difficulties enrolling in MYCA you may call 1-800-AXP-1234.
