POLICIES - 2009 Mileage Reimbursement and Moving Allowance rates
The University of Rochester is adjusting its mileage reimbursement rates to reflect the new IRS rates.
Mileage Reimbursement Rate
Effective January 1, 2009, the University’s business mileage reimbursement rate will be 55 cents per mile.
Moving Allowance Rate
Effective January 1, 2009, the University’s standard mileage rate of moving expenses will be 24 cents per mile.
