Brooks Landing Parking

PARKING DISCUSSION/BROOKS LANDING

Parking services at main campus will be duplicated at Brooks Landing –

Permit (no rate increase)
24 hour day operation – if you have a flat tire or a dead battery Parking will assist
Routine patrol
Camera surveillance
Security coverage
Parking services to pick-up cost for blue lights
Glen Sicard to send matrix of parking lot

Parking lot will be plowed – assistance will be made available during inclement weather.

Parking spaces –

Total of 110 spaces/90 – University employees spaces:
Mark Merry to find out how many parking spaces will be dedicated to UR employees at the Staybridge Hotel (Staybridge Hotel to receive same parking services as 910 Genesee St.)

*May post for retail/HR applicant & 15 minute parking

Additional parking will be available at student apartments & Staybridge Hotel
*You may pay for parking but are not guaranteed a parking space – plans are that we should be able to accommodate everyone

Shuttle service –

Hours of service – 8 to 5/shuttle will run every 10 minutes – every 20 minutes after 5 pm.

Retail space –

Building retailers have not been confirmed

Parking Stickers –

New parking stickers will be available May 1st
