At Rochester:

• An NCAA Division III national champion in outdoor track and field, plus All-America honors for two indoor events
• Also had a four-year volleyball career
• Won the Heptathlon at the NCAA Division III national championships as a sophomore, and finished second as a junior
• Presented with Rochester Press-Radio Club's Sportswoman of the Year Award in 1985
• Dean's List twice

Post-Graduate:

• Joined RCI, Inc. as an account manager in 1987
• From 1988-91, she was a sales representative for Paychex, Inc. in Detroit, MI
• Joined Agency Rental Car in Hartford, CT as an account executive n 1991 and moved to Salemtowne, a retirement community in Winston-Salem, NC as the Payroll Personnel Director in 1992
