On Friday, May 31, we'll be taking Blackboard down to upgrade to Bb 9.1 Service Pack 11. For this upgrade, Blackboard will be unavailable from May 31, 2013 at 9:00 pm until 12:00 noon on June 1. Please note that portal services (e.g., Student/Instructor/Advisor Access, URePay, and My Accounts/URos) will remain available during this time. Direct your browser to your usual log in page, http://my.rochester.edu, and you will be redirected appropriately.
Service Pack 11 will include several improvements and new features, including a new text editor, new navigation options, and completely overhauled discussions and calendar tools. Stay tuned for more details.

Please note: Blackboard works best in tested OS/browser configurations. Find out if you're using a supported browser: Supported Browsers for Blackboard 9.1, SP7
Help tab: Don't forget that documentation is all linked from the "Help" tab after logging into Blackboard:

Unavailable courses that are older than two years will no longer be displayed to faculty. We believe that this will cut down on the number of courses listed and make management of course materials easier. Faculty can request access to older courses (up to 5 years) by sending an email to UnivITHelp@rochester.edu with the name of the course and the semester it was taught.
