Student Program Request Form

Please review the program calendar for existing offerings. Submit the form below if the scheduled program sessions do not meet your student group needs. Only those requests submitted with three weeks notice will be considered, although cannot be guaranteed. Any approved program request will be open to any student wishing to attend.

Anticipated Attendance:

A minimum of 20 students must be registered to attend in Handshake. If this minimum is not met 48 hours in advance of the event, it will be canceled.

Date/Time/Location:

Program requests must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the proposed event date. Please select one time slot and allow for an hour session with 20-30 minutes of content and time for questions and discussion at the end.
