Information Sessions

Thinking about an information session at the University of Rochester?

Our students prefer focused pre-interview sessions, often held the evening before on-campus schedules. Resume collections requested in advance of an information session allow you to create targeted invitation lists and contact specific candidates directly. General recruiting and promotional events are sometimes not as well attended; however, the Career Center offers several options to advertise a session to the general student population, field-focused candidates, or to pre-determined majors.

We will include your visit to campus in our weekly email newsletter to students and are happy to do additional promotion to specialty majors and students groups depending on your area(s) of interest. You can also advertise directly to students through UR's popular weekly campus paper, The Campus Times.

The Career Center will take care of room reservations, catering requests, as well as technical, and audio-visual needs.
