Posting a Position

Thank you for thinking of the University of Rochester!

Your job or internship posting will be entered into our online recruiting system. “CareerLink” is our web-driven relational database powered by Experience. It is a resume review, posting, on-campus recruiting and outreach system.

You can post a position one of two ways:

  1. Email or Fax:Please feel free to email (recruit@mail.rochester.edu) or fax (585-461-3093) any postings you wish to submit to the Career Center. We would be happy to add your opportunities to our database at no charge.
  2. Post Yourself: If you wish to sign up for an eRecruiting Account to post jobs yourself, please CLICK HERE. Otherwise, please send your current opportunities directly to us and we will post them through our website. There is no charge to post positions yourself, however please follow the instructions below to avoid paying a fee administered through our vendor Experience.
