A Career Center Professional can help by:

  • Helping you connect your major to career paths
  • Assisting you with your search for internships or practical training
  • Offering advice on job search in the U.S. and abroad
  • Addressing Graduate School admission questions

An International Services Office Professional:

  • Is responsible for issuing visa documents and advising students on all immigration matters
  • Serves as information resource to assist internationals in adjusting to the United States, the University, and the Rochester community.

The Career Center and the International Services Office hosts events, presentations and workshops throughout the year. These focus on general information about student status, job searching, visa regulations and student options, delivered in a low-stress setting.
