Baltimore City Teaching Residency – The Resident Teaching Certificate was created to allow outstanding individuals with no previous education coursework the opportunity to teach while taking graduate-level education credits to achieve a Standard Professional Teaching Certificate (SPC I).

Boston Teacher Residency – BTR is a one-year urban teacher preparation and certification program developed as part of Boston’s aggressive commitment to improving instruction in every classroom.

Citizen Schools – A teaching fellowship with Citizen Schools provides recent graduates with a two year, fulltime, paid fellowship focusing on the burgeoning field of out-of-school time education.

DC Teaching Fellows – The DC Teaching Fellows is currently mobilizing talented, motivated individuals to become teachers in DC Public Schools. Indianapolis Teaching Fellows – Indianapolis Teaching Fellows provides a clear path into the classroom for exceptional individuals looking to become teachers in Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS).

Inner City Teacher Corps – ICTC is a volunteer service program that places outstanding recent college graduates as classroom teachers in Chicago’s inner-city parochial schools.

KSTF Teaching Fellowships – KSTF Teaching Fellows are young men and women who have received a bachelor’s or advanced degree in science, engineering or mathematics and are committed to teaching high school science and/or mathematics in U.S. schools. The fellowship supports them professionally and financially for up to five years through a teacher preparation program to eligibility for tenure.

The Massachusetts Initiative for New Teachers – MINT is an intensive teacher preparation program that provides a unique opportunity for the most qualified and motivated recent college graduates and mid-career professionals to make an immediate impact in the classrooms.

St. Paul Teaching Fellows – This programs seeks outstanding candidates to teach math, science, bilingual elementary education and special education. Teach For America – A national teacher corps of outstanding recent college graduates who commit two years to teach in under-resourced urban and rural public schools.

Teach Kentucky – Opportunity for recent graduates to gain experience teaching and earn their Masters of the Arts in Teaching From the University of Louisville College of Education and Human Development. Offers relocation incentives as well as in-state tuition savings.
