Annual Undergraduate Research Conference

Each year the Susan B. Anthony Institute hosts an Undergraduate Research conference featuring presentations by students nominated for their remarkable work in Gender, Sexuality, and/or Women's Studies.

Our 2017 keynote speaker is Douglas Crimp, Fanny Knapp Allen Professor of Art History, Professor of Art History and Visual and Cultural Studies. Crimp will discuss his recently published book "Before Pictures". Part biographical and part cultural history, this book tells the story of Crimp’s life as a young gay man and art critic in New York City during the late 1960s through the turbulent 1970s.
