Payment
The program cost is comparable to a semester at the University of Rochester. A non-refundable $300 confirmation deposit, which holds the student's place in the program, is due within two weeks of acceptance. The balance of the Arezzo program fee will be billed to all accepted students on a University of Rochester term bill. University of Rochester students should meet as soon as they apply to the program with a representative of the Office of Student Financial Assistance to discuss aid coverage. Non-University of Rochester students are strongly recommended to talk to a financial aid counselor at their home institution. In addition, the University of Rochester's Office of Student Financial Assistance will be happy to help students process consortial agreements so that they may use loans or federal aid towards the cost of this program.

Health Insurance
Students are required to have obligatory health insurance purchased in Italy covering the whole period of their study abroad. Students are strongly recommended to acquire property insurance covering their possessions while overseas. The University of Rochester is not responsible for personal property.

Acceptance
Since the program has limited capacity, students will be admitted according to the order in which their applications are received. Applications exceeding the capacity will be put on a waiting list.
